We welcome all, from teens to seniors, from the most agile to the most frail and everyone in between. Our teachers offer an alignment-based yoga, which weaves the time-honored healing practices with the needs of modern bodies and minds. We’re excited to offer in-studio classes for vaccinated people and will continue to add classes for a full studio schedule over time. All teachers and staff onsite are vaccinated. We also offer a full online schedule of classes for all levels and abilities.
